Jason Berk
Hooksett, NH  |  Elon University '17

Jason is ecstatic to be returning to Cape Cod for his second summer with Hyannis Sound!  He can’t wait for the new experiences and friendships the summer has in store.

Jason is 21 years old and hails from Hooksett, New Hampshire.  He is a rising senior at Elon University where he majors in Strategic Communications and minors in Music.  On campus, he is the President of Elon’s premiere all-male a cappella group, Rip_Chord, and also sings with Elán, the auditioned a cappella jazz choir.

Starting in middle school, Jason began his singing career in choir and musical theater.   Some of his favorite roles include Jesus (Jesus Christ Superstar), Marius (Les Misérables), and Tobias (Sweeney Todd). He also participated in the Classical, Chamber, and Honors Jazz All-State vocal ensembles.

Outside of music, Jason enjoys playing Spikeball, Frisbee, spending time with friends and family, petting other people’s dogs, and napping.

Jason would like to thank his friends and family for their unending love and support, both past and present members of Hyannis Sound for allowing him this opportunity, and all those who have encouraged him to keep singing over the years. He can’t wait to spend another unforgettable summer on Cape Cod!
