Hooksett, NH  |  Elon University '17

Jason is pumped to be returning to Cape Cod for his third summer (he can’t believe it either) with Hyannis Sound! This is his first summer as the Business Manager for the group, and he is excited for the opportunities and challenges ahead.

Weighing in at... Er, nevermind. Jason is 22 years old and hails from Hooksett, New Hampshire.  He is a recent graduate from Elon University where he earned a degree in Strategic Communications and Music.  During his time in college, Jason served as the president of his college a cappella group, Rip_Chord, and sang with a number of university choirs. Post grad, Jason hopes to become a lounge singer on cruise ships – wish him luck!

Jason began his singing career in middle school in the choir and musical theater productions.   Some of his favorite roles include Jesus (Jesus Christ Superstar), Marius (Les Misérables), and Tobias (Sweeney Todd). He also participated in classical, chamber, and jazz All-State vocal ensembles.

Outside of music, Jason enjoys playing Spikeball, Frisbee, spending time with friends and family, petting other people’s dogs, and napping.

Jason would like to thank his friends and family for their unending love and support, past and present members of Hyannis Sound for allowing him this opportunity, and all those who have encouraged him to continue singing over the years. He can’t wait to spend another unforgettable summer on Cape Cod!
